This one's a bit more accurate. I've eaten at all these places and have found some really yummy things at all of them. You might have to go super early to get morning breakfast at either of the two breakfast places but they are well worth the wait if you don't get there early enough.

Tune in tomorrow for the eating guide to Atlanta.

Barley's Taproom

Everytime I'd come to Asheville back in my climbing days, we'd stop off here and get some beer and a calzone. Their calzones are huge and tastey to boot! If you like beer and pizza this will be your spot.

Rosetta's Kitchen

This is one of the many vegetarian restaurants in Asheville, NC. I just love eating here after a hard day in the studio.

You can't go wrong with Salsa's. The prices may be a tad on the high side but the portion sizes make up for the high prices. The food here is great and dining in is a MUST.

Over Easy

It's a real toss up between here and Sunny Pointe for breakfast. I always get the Huevos Rancheros here or whatever's on special. Be prepared to wait in line though if it's too late in the morning. This places only fits a handful of people and it's first come first serve. Don't forget to try their homemade hot sauce!

Sunny Pointe

This spot is a little further from downtown Asheville, but if you have a car and you're willing to wait for the best biscuits in town, check this place out.

Noodle Shop

This is my little comfort food noodle shop. Doc Chey's is passable sometimes but this place is just a bit more on the authentic side. Nothing to the restaurant except a place to order and some dingy tables. What's there NOT to love.

Thai Basil

This is a small little take out place that's become pretty popular. If you're craving Thai this may be your only bet. Asheville's not really known for their Asian cuisine.

Probably my favorite vegetarian/vegan place in town. They've got some really healthy foods here that will keep you full for hours. I think the dish I like is called the 'Buddha Bowl.'
