Recommendations > Check out Frasca's new Pizza Joint in Boulder
Twist my arm. Frasca was so amazing I have dreams about it. I can only imagine their new venture is fantastic. What pizza would you recommend?

I just tried this place when I was in Boulder last month - after reading your post re: Frasca. It was great! I think I had the Diavolo pizza, and it was great, but I LOVED their house salad. Antica. Simple, and wonderful! I will be going back when I'm in town for Memorial Weekend - people on Yelp were raving about their butterscotch pudding - gotta try it!
Yo Joe. I've tried about 1/2 dozen of them and gotta say you can't go wrong. I however, like the Frutti di Mare, Maiz Pizza, and Butterscotch Pudding. You have to try some of the prosciutto from that beautiful machine. Hit me up when Red Rocks time rolls around and we can meet up. Also, not sure you caught this piece about Boulder being named Bon Appetit's foodiest town of 2010 http://www.bonappetit.com/magazine/2010/10/americas_foodiest_town_2010_boulder
Well if we're able to, you KNOW i'd love to go.
Hit me up around Red Rocks time.

Word. Looks doable now that you're playing on 7/8 at the Boulder Theater - a couple blocks from this joint.
I hope you make it to Frasca. i did have the butterscotch pudding - and it was amazing! We loved it. I took my son and his wife and my new baby granddaughter there - I think it was her first restaurant visit (gotta start 'em out right, ya know. She was born in April).
Now their first outing without baby Hana will be to see y'all performing Friday night. So jealous, but I will see you in Oakland on the 20th!
Life is so good these days - good food, good music and now a grandchild. <3

I meant Pizzeria Locale. I guess that's what comes next after grandparenthood (?)... senility... ;-)
Dan Condon—who are you?
I'm a journalist writing a piece for Yellow Scene involving Locale, and I stumbled upon this blog. The three things you listed from the menu—Frutti di Mare, Maiz Pizza, and Butterscotch Pudding—are the EXACT things I order when I go there and my absolute favorites. Therefore, we must meet. :)

When you're in town playing Red Rocks let me host you at Pizza Locale in Boulder. I know you loved Franca so you'll like their joint next door - http://www.pizzerialocale.com/
In particular the $15,000 VDF prosciutto slicer - first in the US.
