Hopefully you will make it back to St. Louis in the future. (We had to go all the way to Milwaukee to see you this time....it was the first concert for our 7 and 10 year old daughters and we would make that drive again , on any non school night!!!!).
Anyway, next time you are in St. Louis, you should try a little place called Pappy's Smokehouse. Even though they have won all kinds of awards, they are still this tiny restaurant that serves awesome smoked meats. Although their specialty is their ribs, I love their pulled pork with Sweet Baby Jane sauce on top. Though the pork is delicious even without the sauce.
Check it out next time you're in here. There is usually a long, long line, but maybe you could do carry-out.
