A Festival Meal

I get a lot of people asking me what we eat on the road so I wanted to show everyone about what it's like.

This is your standard family style meal from a festival. Boxes and boxes of food.

On the menu last night was some tenderloin steaks, pan fried tilapia, green beans, baked potatoes, pear and walnut salad, breads, and desserts. It's not gourmet but it's a much needed replenishment of lost calories.
