for some reason, it makes me think of king john in disney's robin hood. but definitely looks like a flamingo with a crown.

"Nicht bose sein" means "Do Not Be Angry" - this is sign promoting a pretty good independent no-budget film that came out earlier this year. I've seen it. It's about 3 guys that live in an apartment together, documenting their craziness and their friendship. I'm not really sure what the figure on the sign is supposed to be though.
