Save Me From Myself

Don't worry this wasn't mine. Paul Defiglia is to blame for this amazing concoction.

What is it you ask? It's a black forest ham sandwich with cracklins. How could it be bad right?

The cracklins are from Lexington BBQ in Lexingon, NC. And yes there is more to that story. Mainly a big east/west NC BBQ shoot out. But for now just enjoy the looks of this amazing creation.
