Local Eats: Over Easy

I don't get up to Asheville, NC often enough. It's just outside my comfort drive and I'm rarely home enough as it is. But, when I do get up there it's like a diners paradise. Over Easy is one of my stops every time I go.

Avett New Year's Eating Guide - Asheville, NC

This one's a bit more accurate. I've eaten at all these places and have found some really yummy things at all of them. You might have to go super early to get morning breakfast at either of the two breakfast places but they are well worth the wait if you don't get there early enough.
