Recipes: Tour Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:
1/2 lb tomatoes
2 cloves garlic minced
Juice of one lime
2 oz coarsely chopped cilantro
1/4 large onion diced
1 jalapeno diced (more or less to suit your tastes)
Salt to taste
Several years ago my sister was working in a border town in Texas and she came across this recipe for a quick and easy Pico de gallo. Lately we've been trying to get fresher foods on the road so I've been making guacamole and today I made a little portion of this Pico. Here's my recipe, I hope you enjoy!

Mom was over at the house yesterday and I couldn't resist having her make me some kimchi fried rice before she left. She explained to me that kimchi fried rice is a dish that everyone loves in Korea. It is a dish probably originated, yet again, in the poorer communities of a way of using up every bit of resource. Kimchi is a fermented cabbage that has iconic state in Korea. There are hundreds of different permutations of the side dish, and every family has their own recipe.
